Himachal Shri Award for Dr. Parmar

            Dr. Chiranjit Parmar was given Himachal Shree award by the NGO Himotkarsh Sahitya, Sanskriti evam Jan Kalyan Parishad, Una, HP in recognition of his lifelong contribution on the promotion of the wild growing fruits of Himachal Pradesh.

            The ward was presented to by His Excellency Shri V.S. Kokje, the Governor of the State of Himachal Pradesh on 3 February, 2008 at a function held at Una, Himachal Pradesh.
